Loan Officer Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Development:  Foster professional business relationships with clients by identifying opportunities, resolving challenges with expertise, and delivering exceptional service throughout the home loan journey.
Strategic Networking:  Establish and grow referral partnerships with realtors, builders, and industry professionals. Represent Gershman Mortgage at open houses, collaborate with agents on events, and work closely with our seasoned operations team to ensure seamless support for both you and your clients.
Mortgage Advisory Excellence:  Evaluate financial profiles, recommend tailored loan solutions, and guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
Marketing and Growth Initiatives:  Set ambitious production goals and leverage the expertise of our in-house marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.  Utilize market trends and real-time data to expand your reach and elevate your brand.

Experience Required:

Active NMLS# required.

A proactive networker, continuously expanding your referral sphere of influence

A productivity powerhouse fueled by self-motivation, constantly staying ahead of the curve

BA/BS or 2+ years of loan origination sales experience, ideally in retail residential mortgages

Builds strong relationships with local referral networks

You believe in the power of homeownership to transform lives
