Description
- Handle routine customer inquiries, questions and problems.
- Processing loan and participation payments.
- Maintain and process titled collateral.
- Provide secretarial support for loan officers.
- Proofread loans – Personal, auto and commercial loans.
- Scan loan files into Document Management System.
- Track errors and omissions policy for bank vendors.
- Track all business assets (ABA) insurance policies for commercial loans.
- Monthly reports compiled and distributed.
- Sort and mail statements and notices to borrowers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Degree
One to three years’ experience working in banking, credit unions, real estate agencies, or mortgage companies.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer experience.
Summary
Process selected paperwork for consumer loans. Assist customers with any questions that they may have concerning their loan.
