The Loan Servicer is responsible for all post‑closing loan activities, ensuring accurate posting and ongoing maintenance of mortgage, consumer, and commercial loans. This position safeguards the integrity of loan data through precise servicing, tracking, and reporting, while maintaining full compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations.

Success in this role requires accuracy, adaptability, and a proactive approach. You’ll manage complex tasks independently, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field and/or 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination)
• Strong professionalism, discretion, and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to stay positive under pressure
• High attention to detail and comfort working in a dynamic environment
• Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities
• Solid analytical and critical‑thinking skills
• Advanced math proficiency (interest, proportions, rates, ratios, percentages)
