Sterling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram South in Maurice, LA is hiring! We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in serving Acadiana and being a part of a successful family-owned and operated business.

As a Lot Associate, you will maintain the dealership car lot to provide an organized, safe, and efficient means of viewing and maneuvering of vehicles. You’ll perform a variety of dealership responsibilities as it relates to vehicle and key check-in, and maintaining vehicle inventory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive and organize incoming new vehicle inventory from transport trucks
Take high-quality photos of vehicles and upload them to the company website
Arrange and maintain the vehicle lot according to manager guidelines
Safely maneuver and park vehicles—including large trucks and manual transmissions—in tight spaces
Assist sales staff and customers with locating vehicles on the lot
Perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions, with extended periods of walking and standing
Uphold Sterling’s commitment to professionalism and excellence at all times

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

A safe, confident driver with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to drive and park all vehicle types, including heavy-duty and manual transmission
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
A professional, coachable attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Minimum 21 years of age or 3 full years of driving experience
High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
