Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide daily nursing care to residents. In this role, you will work with a team to support residents’ health, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on care plans and medical guidelines
• Give medications and treatments as ordered
• Watch for changes in residents’ health and report concerns
• Keep clear and accurate medical records
• Work with nurses, caregivers, and other team members
• Help keep a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Good communication and basic clinical skills
• Ability to work well with a team
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is helpful but not required
