- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans

- Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with healthcare regulations

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes


Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current LPN license in the state of employment

- Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar healthcare role

- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and medical terminology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple priorities

- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented

- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
