Dayton Ohio Luxury Car Dealer is hiring a client-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
Position Overview
The Luxury Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This individual will be responsible for accurately documenting customer concerns, communicating repair recommendations, and ensuring a seamless, high-end service experience from drop-off to delivery.

Some of your daily routine consists of:
Maintaining the daily production control schedule.
Scheduling service appointments.
Greet customers at their vehicles in a timely and friendly manner.
Completing the pre-form inspection
Taking phone calls from customers regarding the status of vehicles or other questions regarding our service to them.
You will maintain consistent and open communication with the customer, the service department, and the parts department.
Will use your ability to listen and ask questions to ensure you understand what is going on with the customer vehicle.
You will demonstrate your strong communication skills in both oral and written communication.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Prior automotive Service Advisor experience required (luxury or high-line preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and polished client interaction style
