We are looking for a motivated Machine Operator & Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic Kansas City team. In this role, you won’t just be moving boxes - you will blend hands-on logistics with high-tech manufacturing. You will get to operate advanced CNC machinery to fabricate metal and composite panels, becoming a crucial link in our production and supply chain.

What You'll Do Daily

• Precision Fabrication: Operate CNC machines and specialized equipment to craft high-quality metal, composite panels, and extrusion products.
• Warehouse Logistics: Handle, organize, and manage raw materials and finished goods.
• Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently load/unload trucks and expertly pack products to ensure they arrive safely at their destinations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to keep production running smoothly and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• A safety-first mindset (you look out for yourself and your teammates).
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Comfort working with machinery and performing physical tasks (materials handling, loading, etc.).
• Flexibility to work occasional long hours or Saturdays to help us hit major project deadlines.
• Experience with CNC machines or warehouse operations is a major plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical capabilities test
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to wear required PPE at all times
• Must have reliable transportation
  
  

Physical Demands

• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with power tools.
• Capable of standing frequently while working.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
• Positive attitude toward safety required.
