The Details

• Starting pay: $19.00–$22.00/hr depending on experience
• Hours: Mon–Thu, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Schedule: 4-day work week — Fridays always off
• Home by early afternoon every day

What You'll Do

• Process materials through various machining equipment with precision and consistency
• Monitor and tend to machines throughout the shift to ensure safe, efficient operation
• Perform preventive maintenance routines and address minor issues before they become downtime
• Check equipment programs against drawings and job specifications to verify accuracy
• Plan and coordinate workload and scheduling to meet production and delivery targets
• Inspect finished work to maintain quality standards and report any deviations
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

What We're Looking For

• Experience in machining or a related precision manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Solid understanding of machine operations, tooling, and basic maintenance
• Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to quality
• Clear communicator who works well independently and as part of a team
