Job Description

Kona Ice & Travelin' Tom's is a fun, always changing work environment. We are a mobile shaved ice & coffee event based business.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4 pm - 10 pm (daily time frame may vary), may occasionally work on Saturdays

Prerequisite: Must be trained to work on both Kona Ice & Travelin' Tom's trucks prior to assuming duties of this position.

Facility Maintenance: Basic janitorial duties to include trash removal, keeping floor clean, cleaning bathrooms, etc.

Equipment Maintenance: Clean & Stock Equipment daily, Maintain logs on each vehicle that include all maintenance completed, including oil changes, tire rotations, etc.

Fix truck issues that are reported. For issues that require further attention, schedule appropriate vendor to get handled asap.

Ice: Monitor and load ice into trucks based on booked events.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a driver's license & a clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check & drug test
  • Must be able to tolerate heat/cold, outdoor climate
  • Must be able to step up & down a 1 ft. step multiple times per day
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
