We are looking for an all-around maintenance tech - must understand how to work on kitchen equipment as well as be able to paint, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, etc. This full-time role is vital for maintaining our high standards and ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient maintenance and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address guest maintenance requests effectively, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Perform daily checks and preventative maintenance on a variety of tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues in areas such as plumbing and electrical systems.
- Report to the Chief Engineer, collaborating to maintain the resort's operational standards.
- Work alongside a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Must have your own basic hand-tools.
- Proven experience in maintenance, ideally in the hospitality sector.
- Ability to manage various maintenance tasks, with a focus on quality and guest service.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
