Ocean Grove RV Resort is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors. The schedule for this position includes weekends with weekdays off.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment and facilities to keep operations running smoothly
• Inspect buildings and equipment to identify issues and assist in recommending solutions
• Accurately document maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and materials used
• Provide professional and courteous service to guests and team members
• Assist with small projects and support more advanced maintenance tasks as needed

Skills

• Working knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, or carpentry preferred)
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic maintenance issues
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
