The Hampton Inn in Daly City has an immediate opening for a Maintenance person. The position is part-time time and will work Friday and Saturday, 8:30am - 5pm. The basic function of the Maintenance Worker is to assist in the maintenance area. This is a “hands on” job requiring the daily use of a variety of hand and power tools, using caution and protective equipment as needed for each specific job. All work will be coordinated and scheduled by the General Manager. 
Applicant should possess:
     a. General knowledge regarding carpentry, painting, electrical
troubleshooting, plumbing, drywall, boilers and sprinklers.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Fundamental math skills.
3. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
4. Must be able to work in a standing position for long period of time.
5. Must have the ability to use, hand-eye coordination, with electric hand tools
   as well as manual hand tools.
6. Must be able to conduct minor repairs on appliances, such as washers, dryers,
   dishwashers, TV’s, air conditioning and other system malfunctions.
