Job Description

Location: Audere Apartments, Phoenix AZ 

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday – Friday; weekend availability required; on- call rotation required

Pay: $35.00 – $37.00/hour; based on experience

Incentives: Quarterly performance-based bonus program; $150/week on-call bonus

Qualifications: 

  • 2 - 3+ years of hands-on maintenance supervisory experience in a high-volume setting
  • Skilled in electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting/repair, and basic carpentry
  • Active, hands-on leader who works alongside the team
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills
  • HVAC/EPA certification required
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license required

Physical Requirements: Frequent walking, stairs, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching; Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.


Banner Property Management is seeking a skilled, hands-on and customer-focused Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of a mid-rise, luxury community 220 beautiful units. 

The Maintenance Supervisor will partner closely with the Property Manager to ensure the communities remain safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. This role blends leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on technical work and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all property maintenance operations and daily workflows
  • Lead, coach, schedule, and support the maintenance team
  • Conduct regular unit inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans
  • Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete work orders efficiently
  • Manage all phases of apartment turns (make-readies), including cleaning, drywall repair, and appliance work
  • Maintain pool care, grounds upkeep, and overall cub appeal
  • Coordinate with vendors and oversee contracted services as needed
  • Recommend and assist with planning capital improvements and repairs
  • Participate in an on-call rotation; overtime and weekend work may be required (on-call bonus included)
