BBF Massachusetts LLC, located at 74 Fairview Street E, Greenfield MA, is looking for you to join our team! We are currently searching for Maintenance Tech for our Flexible Swing Shift.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and/or packaging machinery and tools.

· Perform emergency repairs to facilities, equipment and/or tools.

· Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety Practices.

Industrial Skills

o Electricity o Phase 3 and Single-phase Motors/Circuits o Pneumatics

o Hydraulics o Mechanics o Machine Maintenance

o Computers o PLC’s o HVAC

o Ovens o Motor Controls o Temperature controls

o Ability to read tape measure/calipers o Must have own tools

o Experience with hand tools, Mig/Tig Welding

o Experience with Bridgeport, Metal lathes is helpful

Mechanical Skills

o Carpentry

o Soldering of electronics and copper pipe

Experience reading electric, electronic and mechanical blueprints

Experience running and troubleshooting high-speed machinery

Requirements

Flexible Hours. Sunday night - Friday Morning with occasional overtime.
