Job Description
Join our plant operations team as a Senior Operator I and play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and driving operational excellence. If you're skilled in maintenance coordination and passionate about continuous improvement, we want to hear from you. What will you do? Coordinate maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Manage spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance readiness and support continuous operations Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize production methods What are the key skills we are looking for?
