Job Description:
Maintenance Technician positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Responsible for mechanical repair on all plant equipment. Set up machines for production. Connect pneumatic and hydraulic lines to equipment. Perform preventative maintenance. Install replacement parts and order parts as necessary. Repair leaks on machinery. Install, maintain, and repair equipment, including piping, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic. Operate and repair CNC machines. Recode maintenance activities in G-MES system and implement improvement plans. Utilize comprehensive electrical and mechanical knowledge to solve problems, research parts in catalogs and on-line, and place orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Interpreting hydraulic or pneumatic diagrams
- Interpreting mechanical blueprints
- Using precision measuring instruments
- Performing welding and fabrication
- Operating personnel lifts and forklifts
- Operating and repairing CNC machines
- Handling and repairing robots
- Operating a forklift
- Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
