Duties

As a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (GS-0343-10), you will provide information and analyses to all levels of management using the assessments to answer the why, how, when and where questions. Work involves developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising, or improving the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, management controls, and similar functions of management.

Qualifications

Military Grades: ENLISTED GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have one year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Must have experience retrieving and analyzing maintenance data, presenting results to management. Must have experience interpreting findings from maintenance data and the use of statistical techniques. Must have experience identifying trends and significant deviations from plans, schedules, and workload estimates. Must have experience analyzing deficiencies in areas such as material consumption and training, workload, scheduling, management, and maintenance resources use. Must have experience preparing written reports of analyses and studies.
