About the Opportunity:

Mettle Ops is seeking a Management Analyst I to provide integrated program analysis and financial tracking support to our NSWC Crane Environmental Protection Branch support team. This position is a critical full-time role,contingent upon award, for a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of environmental program execution and contract performance management.

What You Will Do:

You will serve as the program's analytical backbone, managing eCRAFT financial reporting submissions, maintaining the contract's labor hour expenditure tracking against Section B CLIN allocations, supporting preparation of the Contract Status Report (CDRL) and Personnel Roster (CDRL), coordinating data calls and administrative reporting requirements across program areas, assisting with budget forecasting and variance analysis, and supporting the Operations Manager with cost monitoring and risk identification. You will also provide analytical support to environmental program managers by compiling and organizing regulatory data, tracking permit deadlines and compliance schedules, and assisting in the preparation of regulatory agency reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience managing data in Government financial tracking systems is essential.
