Job Description

Leads the Digital Notification Services team responsible for managing the planning, development, and deployment of member transactional notifications by overseeing and leading the team in the management of workstreams and tasks. Translates strategic objectives and program goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, department/division goals, governance standards, delivery frameworks, and timelines. Partners with business units, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to define project objectives, monitor progress, resolve issues, manage risks, and support change initiatives and operational improvements. Develops and mentors team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Reports to a Manager II or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of program and project workstreams that support enterprise initiatives and operational goals. 
  • Translate objectives and goals into detailed plans, timelines, and deliverables for assigned teams. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to governance standards and delivery frameworks. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risks, and support successful delivery of programs and projects. 
  • Build, mentor and coach resilient teams that are able to identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, stakeholder communication, and team collaboration. 
  • Lead and coach a team of Technical Product Analysts and Project Management Staff, supporting their development and performance. 
  • Lead delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution continuity and communicate results with stakeholders and executive teams. 
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies within assigned workstreams; escalate and support mitigation strategies. 
  • Promote a culture of accountability, customer/member service, intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance requirements, and delivery expectations.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in program management, project management, or related experience, including cross-functional or enterprise initiatives and managing complex, multi-project environments working with systems/technology.
  • 1+ years of management experience leading teams, programs, or projects related to systems/technology.
  • Broad knowledge of core program and project management practices and the ability to apply them to mid-scale business-focused initiatives using frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience leading and managing workstreams and teams that contribute to broader enterprise goals and deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives.
  • Proven ability to translate objectives into actionable tasks, timelines, and resource assignments for team execution.
  • Experience managing reporting, stakeholder updates, risk tracking, and contract/vendor deliverables.
  • Strong leadership skills in guiding team members, resolving execution challenges, motivating teams, and fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Skill in leading meetings, tracking milestones, preparing documentation and recommendations for stakeholder and executive audiences and escalating issues when needed.
  • Understanding of how performance impacts business outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Advanced skill in using tools Salesforce, Workfront, Azure Dev Ops to monitor progress, generate insights, and report status.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and support change initiatives within the program/project lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in the digital marketing space.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience leading teams in the delivery of repeated high volume sprint work.
  • Professional Certifications (Salesforce Certifications).
  • Training or coursework in leadership, business strategy, or organizational change.
  • Familiarity with tools used in the delivery of marketing communications (Pega CDH, Adobe Experience Manager/Adobe Experience Cloud).

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (After hours and weekends occasionally)
