Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Marketing Operations Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management and delivery of scalable frameworks, systems and governance models for workflow design, tool implementation and enterprise initiatives that allow our retail marketing engine to run with precision and agility.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive a portfolio of high-impact transformation initiatives tied to enterprise goals
Lead project intake, scoping and defining key KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success criteria
Architect future-state workflows, defining new roles, governance structures and operational standards
Deeply understand the marketing organization’s capacity, capabilities and interdependencies to provide data-driven recommendations and informed decision-making
Partner with business units to ensure plans are contextually aligned with the business, customer and broader industry trends
Influence and align key cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and prioritization
Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks; communicate consolidated status updates to senior management regularly
Lead change management and enablement of the transformation, crafting the plan for change, leading training and development and coaching stakeholders through the friction of adopting new tools and methodologies
Maintain agility to pivot and take on additional strategic tasks as necessary to support the evolving needs of the business

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years related experience in strategy, operations or related role/responsibility
Preferred
Experience in retail, corporate strategy or marketing operations
