The Office of Institutional Advancement at High Point University seeks a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented professional serving as Manager of Digital Operations. This full-time, in office role is responsible for executing high-impact digital communications that strengthen donor engagement, support fundraising efforts, and elevate the University's mission across key audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Marketing, or a related field required.
Experience and Training
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in digital communications, ideally within a higher education or nonprofit advancement environment.
- Proven expertise in website content management, including experience with CMS platforms, website optimization, and improving user experiences (preferably Blackbaud NetCommunity, Wordpress, or similar).
Knowledge, Skills, Ability:
- Strong understanding of fundraising communications and donor engagement strategies.
- Proven experience managing and designing multimedia content for digital platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and social media.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms, social media management tools (Cloud Campaign or similar), and content creation software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools to measure website performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Reports to the Director of Development Operations.
- Provides regular analytics reports on digital campaign performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and website user engagement metrics.
