We are Middle East’s leading Digital Prepaid Products Distributor and Rewards Fulfilment agency. Since 2018, we have supported global loyalty programs and enterprise rewards systems with a robust catalogue of eGift Cards, Prepaid Cards, and Mobile Top-Ups. With industry-leading digital delivery infrastructure—via API and Client Portal—we ensure seamless, secure, and real-time reward distribution across the region.

Role Overview
We are looking for a people-first and commercially aware People & Culture Manager to lead Bamboo Card's people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you will own talent acquisition, employee experience, people operations, performance coordination, and culture, working closely with leadership and teams across the organisation to align talent strategy with business goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high- growth environment and genuinely cares about building a workplace where people can do their best work.

Job requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR professional qualification is a strong advantage.

Experience
• 7–10 years of experience in HR, People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and seniority levels.
• Experience working in startups, fintech, or fast-growing environments is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supporting performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and HR policy
development.
• Strong track record of working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with UAE labour law and people compliance requirements is a significant advantage.

Job responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective, role-specific hiring strategies.
• Manage sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processes with speed and
professionalism.
• Ensure a positive, consistent, and efficient candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.

Onboarding & Employee Experience
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure every new hire integrates smoothly, confidently, and quickly into their
role.
• Manage onboarding plans, documentation, and cross-team coordination to create a structured first-day-to-first-
month experience.
• Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and workplace experience across the
organisation.

People Operations
• Support day-to-day people processes including employee documentation, HR coordination, and internal
communication.
• Maintain and evolve HR policies to ensure they remain aligned with company practices, UAE labour law, and
industry best practices.
• Assist leadership with people-related planning, workforce coordination, and organisational design decisions.

Performance Coordination
• Design and coordinate performance review cycles, feedback processes, and structured evaluation frameworks.
• Work with managers across departments to track employee development, performance discussions, and growth
plans.
• Support leadership in building a culture of continuous feedback, clear expectations, and meaningful recognition.

Culture & Engagement
• Develop and champion initiatives that strengthen Bamboo Card's culture, team cohesion, and shared values.
• Organise internal engagement activities, cultural events, and team-building initiatives.
• Promote an inclusive, transparent, and psychologically safe work environment across all teams.

Leadership Collaboration
• Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align people strategy with organisational goals and growth
plans.
• Provide coordination, insight, and support on people initiatives and organisational development projects.
• Help ensure clarity, consistency, and fairness in people practices across all teams and departments.
