Job Overview
We are looking for a People Experience Manager, Business Partner, India to support our rapid growth.
As a People Experience Manager -Business Partner you will collaborate with business leaders and management teams to provide expertise across employee relations, performance management, organizational development, talent development, and workforce planning. You will play a key role in driving people strategies that enable business growth, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational capability building while ensuring alignment with Milestone's Values and people policies.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Provide advice and coaching to management regarding best practices, including organizational design, leadership effectiveness, reward & recognition, talent management, and performance management.
- Lead and drive the company's performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration discussions, development planning, and management capability building to foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner with leaders to identify, manage, and improve individual and team performance through coaching, development plans, and performance interventions where required.
- Support organizational growth through workforce planning, talent reviews, capability assessments, and organizational transformation projects.
- Ensure employee relations concerns are thoroughly investigated and resolved in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with local employment laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Review staffing, retention, engagement, and attrition trends and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Manage the leave process and educate managers on policies related to PTO, absences, maternity, paternity & parental leave, flexible working requests, and employee exits.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to identify capability gaps and implement development solutions aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate and deliver leadership development, manager effectiveness, and employee development programs as required.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with managers, employees, and the broader PX Team.
Work closely with and support the payroll team during monthly processing cycles, providing benefits information and reports as required. - Provide guidance on employment law compliance and HR practices across the region.
Promote positive employee morale, engagement, inclusion, and culture in support of Milestone's Values. - Lead and contribute to strategic HR and organizational projects that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Conduct new hire orientations, benefits education sessions, employee training, and exit interviews.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Perform additional duties as appropriate and required by the role.
What You Will Need To Succeed
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Demonstrated experience leading performance management programs and organizational development initiatives.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent strategies. Experience in the IT, technology, or high-growth industry environment.
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and the ability to interpret people’s data and trends.
- Excellent communication, influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy. - Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms; experience with Workday reporting and functionality is highly desirable.
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters and driving positive employee outcomes.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage. Bachelor's degree and professional HR qualification preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work remotely requiring minimal direction with occasional travel to client sites when needed.
