Manager, Product Designer | Emirati Talent

ROLE SUMMARY
Product Design Manager responsible for shaping fintech and payments experiences across mobile and web platforms. Owns end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, simplifying complex financial journeys into intuitive, secure user experiences. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives design quality, mentors designers, and ensures scalable, consistent design aligned with systems and business goals.

ROLE PROFILE



  • Lead design direction for fintech and payments experiences across mobile and web platforms

  • Own end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery, including prototyping and validation

  • Simplify complex financial journeys into intuitive, secure user experiences

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Data teams to define outcomes

  • Drive high standards in UX, UI, interaction design, and visual quality

  • Mentor and guide designers through feedback, critiques, and design reviews

  • Ensure scalable, consistent solutions aligned with design systems and guidelines

  • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and decision-making with strong stakeholder alignment



REQUIREMENTS



  • 8+ years of experience in product/UX design with strong UI/UX fundamentals

  • Proven experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, designing transaction and payment journeys

  • Strong end-to-end product design capability, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration

  • Expertise in prototyping, interaction design, and user-centered design across mobile and web platforms

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs clearly

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments, design systems, and delivering scalable, high-quality design solutions
