This position serves as a strategic resource to the Corporate Partnerships organization by identifying emerging market opportunities, evaluating industry trends, developing sales enablement insights and delivering analytics that strengthen partnership acquisition, retention and growth efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Sports Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in market research, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, sponsorship analytics, commercial analytics, or partnership-related functions.
Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex datasets, market intelligence, and business information into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, or other data-querying and analytics platforms.
Experience conducting competitive analysis, category strategy, market intelligence or revenue opportunity assessments.
Familiarity with sponsorship valuation methodologies, partnership measurement frameworks and commercial analytics.
Experience supporting sponsorship sales, partnerships, media or commercial revenue organizations preferred.
Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools preferred.
Experience working within sports, media, entertainment or related industries preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage strategic research and analytics initiatives that support partnership sales, business development and revenue growth objectives.
Monitor marketplace trends, industry developments, emerging categories and consumer behaviors to identify new partnership opportunities.
Analyze trends across sports, media, entertainment, technology and consumer sectors to inform partnership strategy and commercial planning.
Develop category intelligence, competitive benchmarking and prospecting insights that help prioritize partnership opportunities.
Partner with Corporate Partnerships leadership and Revenue Operations to support prospecting strategies, pipeline development and commercial growth initiatives.
Support partnership valuation, business case development and strategic recommendations for prospective and existing corporate partners.
Partner with internal research teams and external vendors to support audience development, fan growth and consumer insights initiatives.
Translate audience, market and sponsorship insights into strategic recommendations that strengthen partnership value propositions and sales narratives.
Manage the development and evolution of sponsorship measurement frameworks, brand lift studies, partnership effectiveness reporting and return-on-investment analyses.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, visualizations and analytical tools that improve decision-making across the Corporate Partnerships organization.
Deliver market intelligence and competitive analysis to support annual planning, strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
Develop executive summaries, performance reports and strategic presentations that communicate partnership value, business performance, and key market trends.
Partner with CRM & Business Solutions manager to ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms, analytical outputs, and measurement methodologies.
Present findings, recommendations and strategic insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
