Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager with strong expertise in Workforce Management (WFM), complemented by experience in Payroll transformation, Total Time Capture (TTC), and analytics tools.
The individual will lead delivery of end-to-end WFM and time-related transformation engagements, working across timekeeping, scheduling, payroll integration, and data-driven optimization.
This role requires a blend of functional expertise, consulting capability, and analytical thinking, enabling clients to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and workforce visibility. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead WFM and Total Time Capture transformation engagements, including timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and forecasting

  • Drive integration of WFM with payroll systems, ensuring accurate downstream processing and compliance

  • Assess current-state workforce and payroll processes, identify gaps, and design future-state operating models

  • Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle: discovery, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-production support

  • Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx) to enable reporting, automation, and data validation across WFM and payroll datasets

  • Lead client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and design sessions, ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • Oversee system implementations (e.g., UKG/Kronos, payroll platforms), including requirements gathering and solution design

  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables

  • Support change management and user training, enhancing adoption of new time, payroll, and workforce processes

  • Mentor Consultants and Associates; contribute to capability building and knowledge assets

Qualifications

Skills & Competencies: 

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Workforce Management (WFM modules: timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting)

    • Total Time Capture (TTC), time & attendance, labor tracking

    • Payroll processes and integration with upstream systems

  • Experience with analytics and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx)

  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to design operating models and transformation roadmaps

  • Knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and time capture controls (preferable)

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

 

Tools & Technologies: 

  • WFM platforms: UKG / Kronos (preferred)

  • Payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Dayforce, etc.)

  • Analytics: Alteryx, Excel

  • Process tools: Visio, PowerPoint

 

Education/Years of Work Experience: 

  • MBA HR or equivalent preferred

  • 7–10 years of experience across WFM, payroll, and time-related transformation programs
