We are currently hiring for a Plant Worker (Utility)

What you’ll do

• Safety: Perform the duties of Utility Person in a safe manner
• Operations: Performs Duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor, Senior Supervisor or Plant Manager
• Housekeeping: General cleanliness and tidiness of the work area(s)
• Clean-Up: Participates in the plant clean up at shifts end
• Other Duties: All other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor, Senior Supervisor or Plant Manager

What you need to succeed

The Utility Person must be able to pass testing for and possess the skills and knowledge of the position of General Laborer, Quality Control, Strapper, and Forklift Operator.

• Requires standing, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Requires the ability to perform work with hands and/or arms in the same repetitive motion above and below shoulder level
• The ability to operate the Charging System to fill Raw Material Bins with aggregates
• The ability to load/re-load the Pigment Dosing System
• The ability to operate the Front End Loader and Forklift
• The ability to relieve or substitute for the plant positions of General Laborer and Strapper, Quality Control for breaks, lunches, and vacations
• The ability to read and write the English language

Salary Range - $19 - $20 (Based on Experience) with the potential to earn a yearly bonus
