We’re looking for a marketing and automation coordinator to join our tight-knit law firm. The ideal candidate is adept at implementing and automating marketing projects across channels: social media, search marketing, organic reach, and referrals. The position will involve heavy use of AI tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Please do not apply if you're not passionate about using AI tools and learning more about AI every day.

Responsibilities
- Manage direct mail campaigns
- Innovate with AI tools
- Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
- Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
- Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
- Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
- Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current
Qualifications
- Familiarity with multiple AI tools
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent eye for design
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
- Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
- Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
- Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
Compensation
$23 - $26 hourly
