Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communications Officer to lead the direction and execution of all marketing, branding, and customer engagement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in driving growth, strengthening brand equity, and enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with organizational goals while ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and direction for marketing, branding, and communications initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement.
- Assist in developing and managing the annual marketing plan and budget.
Brand & Marketing Execution
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including:
- Brochures, newsletters, and promotional collateral
- Press releases and public relations materials
- Annual reports
- Advertising campaigns (print, digital, multimedia)
- Audio/video content (including on-hold messaging)
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and subsidiaries.
- Manage promotional inventory and distribution needs.
Digital Marketing & Communications
- Lead website strategy, development, and ongoing management.
- Serve as primary administrator for digital marketing and content strategy, including social media.
- Oversee performance metrics, user experience, and content optimization to drive engagement and conversions.
Relationship Management & Business Development
- Coordinate conferences, events, and special initiatives.
- Support high-level relationship management, including correspondent banking partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with subsidiary leadership to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions.
- Oversee customer feedback initiatives and survey programs.
- Provide reporting on campaign performance, insights, and return on investment (ROI).
Community Engagement & Corporate Responsibility
- Direct corporate giving initiatives, including sponsorships, donations, and volunteer programs.
- Coordinate corporate recognition efforts and outreach activities.
Operational Oversight
- Manage marketing systems, tools, and processes for efficiency.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations and marketing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience in marketing, communications, and brand management preferred

Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site role
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility may be available)
- Approximately 15% travel required, including occasional overnight stays
