Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Label and prepare material samples for inventory
2. Package and ship material samples as requested
3. Send out letters and literature to leads
4. Create certificates for CEU attendees
5. Print custom letters and labels
6. Restock and organize sample/literature area
7. Create posts for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, LinkedIn)
8. Update websites with new photos
9. Assist with developing marketing materials
10. Contribute new ideas to further develop our brands
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

1. Ideal candidates will have academic training in marketing or graphic design or demonstrated experience in a related field. Position is entry level with possibility for growth.

This position requires no travel

Computer Skills

1. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
2. Basic knowledge of FedEx label software (will train)
3. Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator) required
4. Proficiency in social media
5. Familiarity with HubSpot a plus
