Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule daily and ad hoc social media content for supported social media platforms.
- Create and schedule email marketing content three times per week and for ad hoc campaigns.
- Write copy for social posts, emails, SMS, in-store PA announcements, signage, and marketing materials.
- Support SMS messaging to align with email, social, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop evergreen and event-specific in-store PA messaging.
- Coordinate product pulls and digital product submissions with merchant teams.
- Develop basic art and creative assets to support campaigns as needed.
- Support retail marketing campaigns, including signage, displays, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and in-store customer touchpoints.
- Provide weekly social media and email reporting, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, email marketing, or a related role.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy across all marketing materials.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, and basic analytics platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Ability to travel to local store locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail, off-price retail, or consumer goods marketing experience.
- Familiarity with shopper marketing and point-of-sale strategies.
- Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing systems, social media scheduling tools, Iterable, and Google Analytics.
- Basic graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations based on results.
