Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day of The PM Lounge’s marketing initiatives, social media presence, branded content, and promotional efforts. This role plays a key part in maintaining the visual identity and overall brand representation of the lounge across digital and printed platforms.

 

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Oversee day-to-day coordination of The PM Lounge social media platforms, in collaboration with Prem.
• Take lead on content planning, scheduling, organization, while consulting with the Sales & Marketing Director on execution of marketing pushes and overall project priorities
• Coordinate with the in-house photographer/videographer for ongoing content creation, photoshoots, and asset management
• Brainstorm creative promotional strategies, campaigns, and digital engagement ideas
• Support digital marketing initiatives and maintain consistency in brand voice and presentation across all platforms
• Monitor and organize marketing assets, content folders, and campaign materials

 

Creative & Brand Support

• Assist with the design and coordination of menus, flyers, promotional graphics, branded advertisements, and other marketing collateral
• Ensure all materials align with The PM Lounge brand standards and luxury presentation
• Proof and quality-check marketing materials prior to release or publication

 

Administrative & Organizational Support

• Overseeing and organizing The PM Lounge email accounts and related communication flow
• Maintain and update internal spreadsheets, tracking documents, calendars, and marketing records

 

Events & Marketing Execution

• Support marketing-related event planning and execution
• Assist with promotional preparation leading up to events, activations, member experiences, and special campaigns
• Provide on-site support during events when marketing presence or coordination is needed

 

 

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative mindset with interest in branding, social media, and hospitality marketing
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury environment with evolving priorities
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and brand consistency across all materials and communication
• Experience with social media platforms, digital content coordination, Canva or similar design tools, spreadsheets, and email management
• Hospitality, marketing, events, or content creation experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to continue learning and growing within the role

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
  • Ability to be on your feet and walk around during events
  • Ability to use hands and fingers for typing and handling office equipment.
  • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds (e.g., office supplies, event supplies).
  • Ability to move within the office environment.
