Position Summary

Century Martial Arts is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, content development, and event execution. This role plays a key part in promoting our brand, products, educational programs, tournaments, and industry events.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about creating engaging customer experiences across multiple channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Support

    • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, print, and web channels.
    • Coordinate campaign schedules, assets, and deliverables.
  • Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

    • Create, edit, and publish marketing content for websites, email campaigns, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communications.
  • Social Media Management

    • Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
    • Monitor engagement and interact with online communities.
    • Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Event Planning & Coordination

    • Coordinate company participation in tournaments, trade shows, seminars, sponsorships, and special events.
    • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and on-site brand representation.
    • Travel as needed to support key marketing initiatives and events.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting

    • Track campaign performance using marketing and analytics tools.
    • Prepare reports and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Market Research

    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and brand differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with sales, product development, customer service, and external vendors to support company objectives.


Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns and content creation.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required.

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel periodically for marketing events, trade shows, tournaments, and company initiatives.
