Job Description
  • Specific Job Responsibilities:

    • Assists in creation of written content including customer success stories, email campaigns and magazine articles, aligning materials to nexAir’s brand and messaging standards
    • Leads nexAir’s ongoing customer segmentation initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and regular updates to support targeted marketing efforts
    • Manages inbound leads from nexAir’s website funnels by reviewing, researching, and routing them to the appropriate internal teams
    • Builds lead lists and researches prospective contacts by fulfilling Sales Team requests, identifying target companies, and locating key decision-makers across assigned industries and geographic areas
    • Collaborates with the team to design graphics that enhance and align with marketing campaigns and initiatives
    • Manages customer gift inventory and coordinates timely distribution of gifts for the Sales Team
    • Attends and assists with coordination of events as needed, representing the nexAir brand
    • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant work experience can substitute for the degree
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
    • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team and with all levels of employees, management, and service providers
    • Excellent organization skills, project, and time management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously
    • Ability to accomplish projects within a timely manner
    • Proficient using the web and latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Some travel may be required
