Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join its team at its Savage, MN, location. This role combines graphic design, marketing support, and content development responsibilities to create compelling communications, uphold brand standards, and promote the company’s products and services through digital and print mediums. This role will report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in marketing campaigns and overall strategy.
• Create and design digital and print marketing material for internal and external use. 
• Enforce corporate branding guidelines companywide and approve all vendor merchandise prior to order placing.
• Participate in RMS website design team.
• Monitor/edit all websites for contact and product information changes.
• Proofread and edit marketing content for release.
• Implement RMS marketing plan strategies into our marketing materials and programs.
• Create content for social media platforms, working directly with manufacturers and RMS Leadership.
• Work directly with third-party publications to coordinate shared content and links.
• Set up and design mail marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Oversee RMS marketing calendar.
• Track manufacturer COOP programs. 
• Assist with materials, planning, and registration for open houses, hospitality suites, trade shows, and any other special events as they occur. Attend RMS and designated hosted events to take pictures and/or video.
• Potential for travel between branches and customer jobsites.
• Other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Three (3) years minimum experience in graphic design or a related degree.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including In Design and Photoshop.
• Experience in marketing is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability toinitiate, expedite, follow through to project completion.
• Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
• Have the desire totake action, improve, and be appreciative.
• Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.
