Job Description

At a Glance 
Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Design Specialist to join the Pinnacle Team in Denver, CO. 
The Marketing Design Specialist will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of customer-facing technical documentation, digital content, and marketing assets that support the company’s product portfolio and brand initiatives. 
Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, this role will ensure the accuracy, 
consistency, and effectiveness of technical and marketing communications across multiple channels. The ideal 
candidate combines strong production design skills with an understanding of visual communication, digital content management, and marketing execution. 

Responsibilities

What Will You Do? 
• Create, maintain, and update customer-facing technical documentation, including specification sheets,  installation instructions, price guides, sales guides, and related product materials.  
• Manage document templates, file organization, version control, and publication processes.  
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to support product updates, launches, and ongoing documentation needs.  
• Manage website content updates, page creation, and content deployment within the company’s content management system.  
• Support digital marketing execution, including email campaigns, image preparation, and web-ready asset creation.  
• Create and update marketing production materials, including event assets, sales support materials, internal graphics, and customer-facing collateral.  
• Maintain brand consistency across technical documentation, digital content, templates, and marketing materials. • Identify opportunities to improve document systems, templates, workflows, and content management processes.

Qualifications

Required Skills 
Minimum Education and Experience Required: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.  
• 3-7 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, technical documentation, digital content  management, or related role.  
 

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 
• Strong understanding of visual communication principles including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, and information organization.  
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.  
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, templates, and marketing assets.  
• Experience managing website content through a CMS.  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.  
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and quality.  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.  
 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Experience in architectural lighting, manufacturing, construction products, or other technically complex product categories.  
• Experience with Drupal or similar CMS platforms.  
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Emma, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar systems.  
• Experience working within established brand standards and design systems.
