Job Description

Responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and directing all aspects and activities of the Marketing Department, in accordance with the Mission and Objectives of the Company, and established policies, procedures and controls.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or Marketing; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three to five years in a guest-service-related field, preferably in a casino, with progressive supervisory/managerial experience required.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Must be computer-literate, with basic word processing and spreadsheet skills. Basic accounting knowledge required. Must possess a working knowledge of advance marketing principles and be capable of applying same to various special projects and player development events.
