We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and relationship-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing and community outreach initiatives while helping drive census growth and strengthen our presence throughout the healthcare community.
Position Overview
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and outreach efforts to promote facility services, increase referrals, and build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys networking and relationship-building, and is passionate about making a positive impact in senior care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing and community outreach plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral sources
Coordinate facility tours, outreach visits, networking events, and community engagement initiatives
Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website content, and online reputation management
Collaborate closely with admissions and leadership teams to support census growth goals
Analyze marketing trends, referral data, and occupancy metrics to improve performance
Represent the facility professionally at healthcare and community events
Assist with planning and execution of facility events, promotions, and community partnerships
Maintain marketing reports and track outreach activities
Ensure marketing practices remain compliant with healthcare regulations and company standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing experience preferred, especially in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living
Strong understanding of healthcare referral networks and sales strategies
Excellent communication, networking, and public speaking skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Experience with social media, community outreach, and digital marketing preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance guidelines
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
