As part of Methodist Retirement Communities, you'll join a mission-driven organization dedicated to honoring and serving older adults as an expression of Christ's love. You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team and receive support from corporate marketing team while making a direct impact in the Lufkin community.
What You'll Do
The Marketing Director is responsible for achieving occupancy goals through the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the community's sales and marketing strategy.
In this role, you will:
· Generate and nurture prospective resident leads through relationship building and community outreach
· Conduct tours and guide prospects through the decision-making process
· Develop and execute marketing plans that drive occupancy and community awareness
· Build referral relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, churches, and local businesses
· Plan and coordinate events that showcase the PineCrest lifestyle
· Maintain accurate lead management and follow-up processes
· Partner closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team to achieve census goals
