Marketing Director – Healthcare

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners

• Develop and execute marketing and referral strategies to increase census

• Conduct tours, manage admissions, and serve as the face of the facility for prospective residents and families

• Track and analyze referral sources, admissions, and outcomes

• Represent the facility at community events and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in skilled nursing or senior care
