Job Summary:
The Marketing Director will develop and execute marketing initiatives that attract new residents, strengthen community relationships, and support admissions growth. This role requires experience in healthcare marketing, strong community engagement skills, and the ability to represent the facility professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement healthcare-focused marketing and outreach strategies

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, referral sources, and community partners

  • Plan and coordinate community events, resident engagement programs, and promotional activities

  • Manage social media, website content, and marketing materials to highlight facility services

  • Track marketing performance, analyze results, and prepare reports for leadership

  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless resident intake process

  • Serve as the facility’s primary liaison with the local community

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Experience in healthcare marketing or long-term care required

  • Proven ability to engage with the community and build relationships

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Creative, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects independently
