Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the Chick-fil-A brand by crafting memorable guest experiences and fostering community connections
  • Develop and execute strategic social media and content calendars to boost brand awareness and engagement
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead indoor and outdoor events from concept through execution and analysis
  • Build and sustain partnerships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community groups
  • Represent Chick-fil-A at community events and identify new marketing opportunities
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across digital platforms, in-store marketing, signage, and promotions
  • Manage marketing budgets, calendars, digital assets, and promotional inventory
  • Collaborate with restaurant leadership to drive sales, guest engagement, and community impact

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in marketing, event planning, brand management, or community engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication with great attention to detail
  • Proven ability to create and manage social media content on multiple platforms
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Creative mindset passionate about exceptional guest experiences and community building
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; design tool experience (Canva, Adobe) is a plus
  • Flexible schedule availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and team-oriented
