Marketing Liaison

Join our team at Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified and VA-approved skilled nursing center in Medina, Ohio!

As a Marketing Liaison, you will play a critical role in promoting our center and attracting new patients seeking rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for both internal and external admissions, handling the entire marketing, referral, and admission process. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase community awareness and drive referrals

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations

  • Manage and coordinate internal and external admissions, ensuring seamless transitions for patients

  • Monitor and report on marketing efforts, tracking key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions

  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth patient intake process

  • Represent Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing at local healthcare events, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Marketing savvy: Proven experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field

  • Patient-focused: Strong understanding of the importance of excellent patient care and customer service

  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences
