Job Description

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s): 

  • Ability to manage team members and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws. To include training employees, planning, assisting, and directing work; appraising performance, performance management; addressing complaints and resolving problems.  

 

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 

 

  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, both verbal and written.  Good grammar usage and persuasive skills.  Excellent customer service skills required 

 

  • Able to plan, prioritize and organize own work schedule and that of subordinates/sales force. 

 

  • Strong overall business acumen as it relates to other functional disciplines i.e. Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing.  

 

  • Proficient in computer word process, publisher, photo-shop, power point and excel spreadsheet programs.  

 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business is required 
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous marketing experience required 
  • Previous supervisory and/or management experience preferred 
  • Previous use of a CRM required. 
  • Previous experience with marketing analytics 
  • SEO and SEM experience
