Job Description

Overview:

The Senior Manager of Marketing will lead AMAX’s global marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across enterprise and channel markets. This role is responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs that support sales, strengthen AMAX’s market position, and accelerate pipeline growth.

Responsibilities include:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team across demand generation, content development, product marketing, branding and event planning
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to align go-to-market strategies

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Own demand generation strategy across digital campaigns, ABM, email, events, webinars, partner marketing
  • Drive qualified pipeline and revenue through data-driven campaign planning and optimization
  • Manage marketing funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and ROI

Brand & Product Marketing

  • Strengthen AMAX’s brand positioning and messaging in AI, HPC, and enterprise infrastructure markets
  • Oversee product marketing initiatives including value propositions, competitive positioning, and sales enablement
  • Partner with sales and product teams to develop comprehensive user/buyer personas
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across website, content, and social

Content, Digital & Events

  • Guide content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and customer success stories
  • Oversee website optimization, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and analytics
  • Lead industry events, trade shows, and executive-level engagements

Budget, Analytics & Operations

  • Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
  • Track performance using marketing analytics and dashboards; report insights to leadership for future forecasts
  • Implement scalable marketing processes and tools to support company growth
