Job Summary:   

The Marketing Manager leads all marketing initiatives for Bielinski Homes and Bielinski Management, ensuring brand integrity, strategic growth, and exceptional customer engagement. This role manages agency relationships, day-to-day marketing activities, and is responsible for protecting the company’s reputation, including responding to all online reviews.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual marketing plan.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee website updates, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements.
  • Update Google and respond to Google reviews.
  • Create and refine marketing materials.
  • Design and communicate monthly consumer promotions.
  • Monitor and protect the company's reputation across all platforms.
  • Plan and promote events such as model home grand openings.
  • Create and distribute email campaigns.
  • Obtain photos of new products for use on the website, BDX, and marketing agency.
  • Create new renderings and update existing renderings for products.
  • Attend all professional photo shoots.
  • Administrative support.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience/coordination. Experience in the home building or construction industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Attributes: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
