Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support campaign development and content creation for key partners and manage our cruise co-op program from a marketing perspective. This role will blend strategic planning with hands-on delivery, crafting compelling copy, supporting design work, developing email and social content, mapping customer journeys across touchpoints, and managing cruise co-op marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, organic and paid social media, direct mail, SMS and other customer touchpoints
  • Support development of campaign calendars, co-op opportunities and key messaging frameworks
  • Write persuasive, on-brand copy for: email campaigns (one-offs, sales templates, nurture series), direct mail pieces, video scripts, FAQs, landing pages and social media posts and ads
  • Support simple design tasks and work with designers to ensure cohesive visual content
  • Develop and implement personalized content strategies tailored to specific audience segments
  • Outline and refine value propositions for new partners and audiences
  • Create flowcharts and visual maps of the customer journey and conversion pathways
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, product, analytics, project management, legal) to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across channels
  • Collaborate with cruise strategy partners to shape co-op opportunities and ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts and offer redemption
  • Contribute to strategy sessions, brainstorms, and post-launch performance reviews
  • Develop A/B tests for email subject lines, content, imagery, calls-to-action, direct mail form factors, offers, etc. to optimize campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and recommend optimizations based on data and insights

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including managing integrated marketing initiatives
  • Expertise in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media marketing, and basic design and UI/UX principles
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear deliverables
  • Experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (i.e., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Familiarity with design tools (i.e., Figma, Canva)
  • Experience with paid social advertising and performance analysis
