Position Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing and advertising efforts across Valor Fleet Services and its affiliated companies. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for elevating brand presence, modernizing marketing channels, and directly supporting business growth, recruiting, and customer acquisition.
This role will partner closely with executive leadership and operate with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability for results.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Market Presence
- Lead the development and execution of a cohesive brand strategy across all entities
- Elevate Valor’s public image to reflect a professional, modern, and growth-oriented organization
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and field marketing materials
Digital Marketing & Content
- Own and manage the company’s digital presence (website, SEO, social media, Google Business, etc.)
- Create and execute content strategies that showcase services, culture, and growth
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, job boards)
Recruitment Marketing
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to enhance employer branding
- Develop targeted campaigns to attract high-quality candidates across critical roles (drivers, diesel mechanics, corporate staff)
- Improve applicant flow through creative and data-driven sourcing strategies
Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Track and analyze performance metrics (ROI, lead generation, engagement)
- Continuously refine strategies based on data insights
Internal Engagement & Culture
- Support internal communications and initiatives that boost employee morale and engagement
- Highlight employee stories, milestones, and company achievements
Vendor & Project Management
- Manage external vendors (agencies, designers, printers) as needed
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
Qualifications
Required
4–7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a multi-location or service-based business
Proven ability to independently build and execute marketing strategies
Strong experience with digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising
Demonstrated success improving brand visibility and driving measurable business results
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or Creative Writing.
Preferred
Experience supporting recruiting or employer branding initiatives
Background in blue-collar, field services, transportation, or logistics industries
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
