Job Description
 
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as a resource to the team and right-hand person to leadership for marketing recommendations, oversight, organization, knowledge and protocols.
  • Manage response preparation for prequalifications, proposals, and presentations by coordinating with internal team, external partners, and clients to develop complete, thoughtful, and successful proposals.
  • Complete government forms, client questionnaires, and qualifying statements as required.
  • Participate in the development of and maintain all marketing resource materials, such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, files, and client database.
  • Develop new design ideas for marketing materials.
  • Prepare and execute brand strengthening initiatives.
  • Monitor prospects; perform lead and opportunity tracking; track the proposal development process from initial pursuit consideration to delivery.
  • Maintain resume file information so that it is current, accurate, and appropriate.
  • Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.
  • Assist with conference/seminar presentations as needed.
  • Assist in writing press releases and other marketing/public relations materials.
  • Develop concepts and maintain company website.
  • Develop and maintain content on social media, such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with management and technical staff.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the A/E/C industry and specifically engineering terminology and a minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite skills, including InDesign and Photoshop required
  • Deltek Vision experience a plus
  • Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with minimal oversight
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with SF 330 and other government forms a plus
  • Must be willing to drive to all office locations as needed
